Winter Weekday Special
Applies for stays on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights between JAN 01-MAR 28, NOV 04-DEC 19 excluding Thanksgiving Week(NOV 25-NOV 28). Breakfast is not provided during this Special.
All rates are subject to Massachusetts and Provincetown occupancy taxes of 11.7%.
Minimum Stay Requirements
Minimum Stay Requirements are applicable at many times throughout the year. Please check with Aerie House and Beach Club for specific requirements.
Additional Guests
Guesthouse rates are for one or two people staying in the room. There is an additional cost of $25 per person per night for additional guests in the Eagle Nest Suite (Room 1). Beach Club rates are for one or two guests per apartment. Third and fourth guests are an additional $25 per night or $125 per week each.
Pets
Aerie House & Beach Club extends a welcome to dogs as well as people. There is an additional charge of $10 per night for dogs staying with us. Dogs must be well behaved and get along with people and other dogs as we have a black Lab ourselves, Mac. Please note that the owners of any dogs that disrupt other guests will be asked to remove their dog immediately. There is a kennel in town that can be used.

Deposits
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking to hold the room. American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa are accepted. Personal checks for deposits need to be received within 7 days of making the reservation and at least 14 days prior to arrival.
Final Payment
Final payment for the balance is required at check-in and can be paid by credit card or cash. Please note we can not accept personal checks for final payment.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund less a 10% administrative fee. Refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will only be made if the room is rerented for the entire stay less a 10% administrative fee. There are no refunds for No Shows, Cancellations received on day of arrival, or early departures.
Smoking
Smoking is only allowed in outside areas of both the Guesthouse and the Beach Club. No smoking is allowed in any interior space at either location.
Check-in/Check-out
Guesthouse
Check-in time is 2:00pm and checkout time is 11:00am.
Beach Club
Check-in time is 3:00pm and checkout time is 10:00am.
Cars must be removed from our parking area at checkout time.
