Our Guesthouse at 184 Bradford Street is situated at one of the highest elevations within Provincetown and offers spectacular, panoramic views of Provincetown Harbor and Cape Cod Bay.

Curl up with a great book or simply gaze across the bay from our elegantly and comfortably furnished common room area where you can enjoy a roaring wood fire in the winter and Steve's gorgeous orchids in bloom throughout the year from our on-site greenhouse.
Stroll through our beautifully landscaped grounds and gardens. We even have a small vineyard of chardonnay, cabernet sauvignon and concord grapes. Dave's homemade concord grape jelly is renowned.
Guesthouse rooms feature pillow-top mattresses, air conditioning, refrigerators, coffee makers, cable TV, and DVD Players and some offer fireplaces. Guests can take advantage of our DVD library, WiFi Wireless High Speed Internet, bicycles, hot tub, private beach, and guest laundry facilities.
One parking space is available per room and complimentary champagne awaits you upon arrival. Our expanded continental breakfast, including delicious home made baked goods, is available each morning and is included in our rates. Smoking is only allowed in outside areas of the Guesthouse and is not allowed in any area inside including guest rooms.
